He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), and member of the National Engineering Register (NER).
Throughout his diverse career, Jason has demonstrated strategic prowess in the development of comprehensive design derivations, investor prioritisation and risk management.
His expertise extends to all facets of construction delivery, including contract procurement, financial analysis, stakeholder management and program schedule development.
Jason has successfully navigated head contract closeout and post-contract maintenance, showcasing his proficiency in financial claims and dispute resolution.
As Director, Jason leads with vision and innovation.

Mike Hsu
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Mike Hsu is a highly qualified mechatronics engineer with a diverse educational background.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics (Hons), Bachelor of Science in Materials, is a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) member of the National Engineering Register (NER), and holds several tertiary certificates in work, health and safety, and business management.
Mike is highly capable of managing multi-disciplined design and construction projects in tightly regulated environments.
Mike is adept at stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring strong working relationships with clients and project teams.
Mike specialises in asset management, program development and portfolio management. His proficiency in project and design delivery management, coupled with expertise in cost, schedule, commercial management and risk management, positions him as a versatile and strategic advisor in the engineering domain.

PROJECT MANAGER
Lee is an experienced civil engineer and project manager with over 15 years' experience delivering infrastructure, transport and disaster recovery programs across public and private sectors.
Skilled in end-to-end project reporting, data analytics, stakeholder engagement and governance, Lee demonstrates expertise in the delivery of DRFA funded programs and strategic infrastructure across Queensland.
Lee is recognised for developing high quality reporting frameworks and digital tools that enhance project outcomes, enable early risk detection and support informed decision making at senior and executive levels.
He is adept at working across complex program environments, combining technical depth in civil engineering with business intelligence to deliver robust outcomes under time-critical conditions.

Oscar Sargeson
PROJECT MANAGER
Oscar is a cvil engineer with experience across a range of infrastructure projects. With 8 years post-graduate experience working across both public and private sectors, Oscar has developed the skills to manage and deliver complex infrastructure projects.
He has been responsible for leading the delivery and management of rail, road and infrastructure projects (especially DRFA), ensuring they are delivered on schedule, and within eligibility funding limits.
Oscar has experience working across the project lifecycle - from project initiation and design management - through to delivery, completion and handover.
Through his experience in planning, procurement and delivery, he has developed a solid foundation in project management, and understands project safety requirements and risk mitigation strategies to achieve positive outcomes.
